10 Keys to Aligning Employee Engagement and Employee Referral Programs

December 16, 2015 Deb Broderson

A lack of formal employee engagement programs and generational differences are barriers to employee engagement. A 2013 survey of 718 HR professionals revealed:

  • 73% report participating in engagement programs on some level
  • 70% of respondents say their C-suite is committed to engagement

Referral Programs increase new hire quality (employees to refer quality candidates), and achieve  *higher retention rates that non-referral hires.
